1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AegisAgentic AI ("Service", "we", "us"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AegisAgentic AI is an AI-assisted authoring tool that generates draft technical artifacts, documentation, and reference material related to Identity Governance and Administration ("IGA"). All output is provided as a non-authoritative draft for review by qualified personnel.

3. No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide legal, security, regulatory, compliance, audit, financial, or professional advice. Generated content (including references to SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, FedRAMP, NIST, ISO, OWASP, MITRE, RFCs, or any vendor product) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are solely responsible for independent verification by appropriately licensed professionals before any operational use.

4. No Affiliation with Third Parties

AegisAgentic AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by SailPoint Technologies, Saviynt Inc., Workday Inc., Oracle Corporation, Microsoft Corporation, the OpenID Foundation, NIST, OWASP, CSA, MITRE, IETF, or any other third party. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for nominative descriptive purposes under fair use.

5. License & Ownership

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. Subject to your payment of applicable fees, you own the generated output you create; however, given the nature of generative AI, output may not be unique and we make no warranty of originality, novelty, or non-infringement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) input personal data, regulated data, confidential, classified, or export-controlled information; (b) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service; (d) use output to facilitate unauthorized access, surveillance, or harm to any system or person. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, SECURE, COMPLIANT, OR SUITABLE FOR PRODUCTION USE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AegisAgentic AI and its operators, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service or output, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration; you waive any right to class or representative actions. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or confidentiality matters.
